2020 was a turning point for me. Instead of staying stuck, I decided to actively change my path and started a reeducation as a software engineer. Very quickly, I discovered how fulfilling it is to work in tech and to continuously learn. But after around two years in software development, I realized that my true passion lies elsewhere: working with people, enabling teams, and improving collaboration. This led me to transition into a Scrum Master role and eventually into Agile Coaching — a role I’ve now been growing in for over 2.5 years. Today, I’m a passionate Agile Coach who loves supporting teams and organizations in becoming more effective, collaborative, and adaptable. Seeing people and teams grow is what drives me every day.
