Over the last 3 years, I have gained substantial experience in inspection and testing procedures, ensuring code compliance is met for both BS7671 and NEC 2008 standards. Technically competent, delivering work completions against critical time-frames while focusing on safety and quality, I am certain to add value within any team and am comfortable leading as required. Inspection of electrical system on US bases throughout the Middle East
Working in a team of 2, inspecting facilities on the UK embassy in Amman, Jordan and the private housing accommodations in Amman where the Embassy workers live. Duties include a complete electrical test and inspection of the property, making reports and recommendations to bring the facility up to BS standards, creating a materials list of what will be needed to complete the repairs and how many man hours will be required to complete the tasks and carry out emergency repairs where necessary.
Inspecting facilities on the US Army and Air Force bases throughout the CENTCOM project in the Middle East and Afghanistan. Currently located in Jordan. Duties include a complete electrical inspection of the electrical system from the source (normally a generator) up to the outlet checking to make sure the work has been installed to a good standard and up to code whether it is a BS or NEC system. Carry out emergency repairs when needed and installation of new work projects. Writing reports with photographic evidence and doing follow up inspections when the deficiencies have been addressed.
