• Lead global enterprise software partnerships with Autodesk, Trimble, and Bentley Systems, ensuring alignment with business and digital engineering objectives. Following Balfour Beatty’s acquisition of a 50% stake in Gammon Construction, the Balfour teams in Hong Kong were integrated into the Gammon entity. The combined operations now function as (or under) Gammon Construction Hong Kong. • Managed CAD teams and external partners across regions, ensuring compliance with CAD standards and quality protocols. • Led the integration of Building Information Modelling (BIM) using 'Digital Project' in One Island East, recognized by the American Institute of Architects. • Championed BIM adoption through comprehensive project training, leading to successful execution of a 68-storey office tower within 24 months. • Facilitated strong client engagement and strategic investment, accelerating construction timelines and enhancing project outcomes. • Conducted targeted training and guidance throughout key project stages, boosting implementation success and innovation. • Set a benchmark in digital design and construction with advanced BIM execution, acknowledged by industry leaders. • Integrated into Gammon Construction, enhancing infrastructure project capabilities.
• Led a compact CAD team within the main contractor's construction division, delivering multidisciplinary services drawings (CSD) and structural builders' work (SEM) documentation for the Airport Express station and associated approach roads and utility services within the C420 Airport Core Project. • Managed interface coordination across engineering disciplines to expedite construction timelines. • Managed the project lifecycle from early-stage engineering through to construction, as-built documentation and finally commercial claims and final account was a rare, unique and comprehensive end-to-end project experience for a major project in the 1990s.
