I am an ambitious driven Project Management Implementation Professional. I am a team-player, well presented and able to manage difficult situations with professionalism, discretion and understanding. My diverse project experience with cloud software provides me with a wealth of knowledge and skills to deliver results. All my knowledge on project management has been self-taught, acquiring my PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Exams. My experience covers but not limited to project managing/implementing over 300 clients within my latest employment, including big brand names across the commercial, educational, and public sectors with some customers being more than £1 million in total contract value. Computer literate with skills in CRM – Sales Force, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft teams, Excel, Powerpoint. Smartsheets, a project management tool and the ability to create financial reports for customers financial systems such SAGE200\500, Oracle, JD Edwards to name but a few. With additional knowledge of SQL server databases and able to run SQL queries to query databases. My desire is to continue delivering successful software projects to a high standard efficiently and effectively.
