Steve's core competency is to be able to take a high-technology concept and convert it into a real-life product or business. He has proven this many times by the development of complex projects both as an employee and as an entrepreneur. Notably Steven led the proton-therapy equipment programme at IBA. IBA is now the world leader. He raised funds, managing the implementation of a new production line and whilst at IBt. After his MBA in 2000 he became CEO-founder of CoAvant which developed a very early web 2.0 procurement application. Recently as CEO-founder of Aeltari International they were one of the first companies to promote photovoltaic systems in the UK. He is a member of the Renewable Energy World Europe (Power-Gen Europe) Executive Advisory Board and also Regional Director for an international software company. With his mix of technical and business skills he is able to easily communicate difficult technical ideas to all levels of business with the keen awareness of how money can be made.
