Member of the construction & design management teams several large-scale projects including Vancouver General Hospital's mental health centre. • Developed the mechanical, electrical, controls, and other systems. • Implemented new quality assurance and design iteration programs; latent deficiencies were decreased from previous projects. • Managed the delivery of building code requirements and LEED building energy & environmental targets within the design drawings and through field reviews. • Assisted in the contract management cycle. • Used 3D CAD software for technical drawing review.
