Leading Sonoco's Indirect Procurement team and managing a spend of circa. $800MM p.a. Team located in Europe (UK) and North America with future resources planned for Asia and LATAM. Categories include: IT; Professional Services (HR, Legal, Benefits, Finance etc); MRO; Facilities Management (FM); Real Estate; Waste and Mechanical Handling Equipment. Part of the Global Supply Management team reporting to the CPO. Special responsibilities include the Functional lead for Third Party Supply Risk. Leading a team spanning the entire Indirects spend, personal focus was deepest within IT, working with the CIO and his leadership team to transform the approach to Procurement and Supplier Management and drive enhanced strategic, supplier and contract value.
