By developing and supporting control system modules, drivers, and plugins, which are the building blocks that seamlessly integrate products, add functionality to AV systems, and ultimately lead to the success of control system integration, not only are programmers more successful, but products are looked upon more favorably, support demands are reduced, and client satisfaction increases significantly.
