A multi-faceted role with many challenges that vary from day to day. I work on streamlining our various processes by improving the pipelines and automating tasks where possible. There is also the support element of the role which requires supporting the platform and troubleshooting when incidents occur. + Deploy services across multiple AWS and OnPrem environments. + Improve, update and test existing pipelines. + 24h support for the platform, ensuring incidents are responded to within SLA and that downtime of the platform is minimised. + Write, confirm and then roll out implementation plans, ensuring a recovery strategy is in place. + Safeguard elevated privileges and access to production instances. + Take ownership of the service and assist customers with on-boarding and investi- gate any issues they may encounter. + Document processes, update RunBooks and liaise with other teams and departments to ensure documentation and processes are up to date and correct.
