NayaMed was the first medical device company using an online business model. I was hired to set up the infrastructure, processes, and team for the European Customer Care Center. I then chose to run this department and its 8 medical device & inside sales specialists, serving up to 70 hospitals across Europe. The focus was on customer acquisition and retention, completed by service excellence programs. WIth the company developing its expansion projects, I set up a Project Management Office, to build a project culture in the company and supervising all transversal projects.
Reorganization of the Customer Services for Western Switzerland. Setup of KPIs, service quality improvement programs, new roles and responsibilities for the team. Launch of new services to medical institutions and collaboration to data exchange networks with clinics and public sector (e-toile project).
My mission was to build a new Data Center, and consolidate or renew all Unilabs Group ITC applications. In less than 18 months I could successfully deliver the systems to the operational team within time, scope and budget.
