I am a mechanical engineering professional focusing on mechanical design in both product development and prototype environments. I am detail oriented with strong skills in problem solving, communication, and project management. I have a special interest in finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. I am proficient in the use of a variety of 3D solid modeling softwares for design, detail, and validation of mechanical systems. My background as a designer and engineer give me the ability to interact with a wide variety of professionals from a perspective that is truly unique. Developed components and systems to provide thermal management for space vehicles and ISS payloads. Interfaced with other design teams and disciplines, prototyped and tested, communicated with suppliers and procurement, and participated in and lead technical reviews (design, test readiness, manufacturing readiness). Additional responsibilities included supporting internal manufacturing, test, and verification teams. - Concepted, analyzed, and lead through preliminary design review (PDR) stage a radiator panel capable of rejecting waste heat from a vehicle to deep space. - Quantified consumables (gaseous and liquid) required to support vehicle hot fire test and fill for launch.

Performed FEA simulations on key components. Maintained design documentation including PCOs, drawings, BOMs, and tolerance stack-ups. - Using CFD software, vetted, optimized, prototyped, tested, and verified technology previously unknown to company in under 2 weeks. Provided design support in the release of new customer orders by working closely with sales, R&D, designers, draftspersons, and manufacturing.
