Years of hard work have enabled me to take time to give back to the community and focus on causes that I hold dear to my heart. Strive to make a difference in the world and community that we live in. Some of my efforts have lead me out of the country, while most have kept me close to home. I strive to help those in need, to concentrate on fixing what is broken and to bring right to whatever I may come across that needs correcting. Through my efforts I have been able to accomplish many things and below are a few from that list. Coordinator of Donations for annual youth outreach event for two thousand high school students on the Hill Country Bible Church N.W. campus. Team Leader and Mentor – Canadian youth mission trip Supported Big Brothers/Big Sisters fund raising efforts through events as a Kiwanis member Lead Food Drive for the Capital Area Food Bank and Mobile Loaves and Fishes drives
As one of only three supervisors for the company, I assigned daily work assignments for 20 plus crews for jobs throughout the central Texas area. As jobs were completed, I would review and inspect them to ensure a perfect product for the customer before submitting an invoice to our billing department for payment. Part of my responsibilities were to meet with contractors and superintendents from the many companies we performed work for (Centex, DR Horton, Drees, KB Homes, Pulte and other high end independent builders) to ensure their needs were being met and continue our good working relationship.
Coordinated daily activities, events and assigned general cleaning, repairs, set-up/tear-downs as needed.
