Steve spent over 35 years in tech, engaging clients in his own business, or working with strategic partners in other companies. This gave him a unique perspective and taught him how to look at problems in a way that gets past the surface issues to the root cause, to solve the real problem! Though he thoroughly enjoyed his tech work, he yearned to do more and felt compelled to help people find more joy and live a more enriched life than they might have been able to do on their own, or might otherwise have not known how or where to get started doing it for themselves. There were many ways he explored doing this and found that teaching others, showing them the “how-to”, was both immensely satisfying and personally motivating. Some of the ways he accomplished this in the past was: • Mentoring employees and helping them build their skill set so they could grow professionally and take advantage of more lucrative job opportunities • Teaching people basic and advanced skills they could use to enhance their recreational endeavors and perhaps even their appreciation of nature and the great outdoors, including such diverse activities as SCUBA, photography, underwater photography, rock climbing, and cross-country skiing • Helping people explore their spirituality by teaching them a method of mindfulness that gave them more control and peace in their lives And today, he continues teaching others in a different way by: • Giving people resources and tools that enable them to discover or rediscover their entrepreneurial spirit and realize personal business goals and dreams • Showing people how to lead healthier lives by teaching them how to make better food choices and improve their nutrition levels Now Steve is also helping people make sense of Medicare. As an independent agent appointed by several carriers, Steve can help people make the best choice for them without prejudice to one or two carriers.
