Responsible for consolidating North American monthly Revenue, calculating financial impact of pricing decisions, performing monthly data reconciliations including variance explanations, and producing key performance indicator (KPI) scorecards for all brand channels and sales & marketing in total. Primary liaison between USSM and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Responsible for monthly consolidation and reporting of $90B of revenue for GM N. America Prioritize and timely completion of requests for information from FP&A and other lines of business. Responsible for managing natural gas, electricity and utility activities for US facilities including: approving invoices and performing financial review of contracts; developing budgets and/or forecasts including variance tracking for Royalty Revenue and Indirect Material Cash Flows; reconciling restricted cash accounts and natural gas inventories; and preparing monthly journal vouchers allocating natural gas and electricity. Streamlined the managing of natural gas, electricity and utility activities which resulted in reduction of department headcount. Seamlessly integrated SAP into the month end close process for Brokered Gas.
Responsible for overseeing the supplier claim audit process within Global Purchasing and Supply Chain (GPSC) that included planning, organizing and supervising contract service employees performing audits of external suppliers. Supervised over 20 contract service employees responsible for avoiding over $100M in cancellation claim costs for 3 consecutive years. Reviewed and approved bundled service invoices, time sheets and expense reports Developed Audit programs for Vendor Tooling and Precious Metal reviews. Tracked and reported Minority Spending for the Corporation. Developed and prepared both monthly and quarterly performance reports for GPSC Finance.
