In my capacity as an executive, my principal responsibilities have included mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, raising capital in public and private markets, strategic and business planning, risk management, development of data and analytics metrics, operational integrations and improvements, team development, financial reporting, corporate governance and investor relations. I have held board positions at public companies, closely held private companies, and not-for-profit entities. I have also served on various Audit, Governance, Risk, Compensation, Reserves, and Not-For-Profit Fundraising Committees in my board positions.
