Hands-on product development strategy and execution for start-up founders of ambitious technology-led start-ups. - I help start-up founders define, validate, and launch medical device products that customers pay for and love; delivering value to investors & patients. - Actively supporting strategy and execution across requirements definition, quality planning, traceability, and product verification and validation, with attention to regulatory compliance (e.g. design controls, risk management, and technical documentation). - Partnering with engineering and product teams to translate medical intent into compliant, testable product requirements. - Supporting development planning, forecasting, and fundraising activities by aligning regulatory, engineering, and commercial assumptions to enable efficient, audit-ready product delivery and / or acquisition.
