Interacts with business lines at varying levels and manages the CFO duties
Perform CFO duties and develop strategy, manage business acquisitions and disposals, oversee HR and oversee key business aspects of the records and the imaging business lines
CFO - strategy, banking and finance, facilitate legal, contract & marketing functions, manage reporting, HR and risk management.
Responsible for directing and coaching a team of 4 to: *Report financial results *Lead business initiatives *Manage a monthly close process *Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions *Recommend and implement process improvements
Serving the membership of the Chapter through various board positions including: Secretary, VP of Life/Health, VP of Special Projects and President.
