    I manage PPAP's and deviations required to introduce new products and for product life-cycle management. I also manage the corrective actions for Arctic Cat, Navistar, Paccar, Bergstrom, Kinze and others. I approve assembly and detail prints for correctness of dimensions and tolerances, notes and other details. I conduct and review statistical analysis of components and assemblies to confirm capability and identify problem areas.

    This span of time included working three years at the Electronics Product Division (EPD) in Juarez, Mexico. I shared a lead role in launching the NGV (Next Generation Vehicle) multiplex instrument and control system for International medium duty vehicles. Following a 2003 transfer to the Switching Products Division (SPD) in Canton, Massachusetts, I worked a launching a Hall effect based rotary throttle position sensor for a material handling application and a Hall effect based linear position sensor for a leading agricultural equipment manufacturer. I also successfully developed the Pollak ball switch to sense neutral in the Harley speed transmission and to sense reverse on the 6 speed transmission in the Corvette and Cadillac CRV.
