Ensuring that the Project Team was prepared to hand over a complete and commissioned asset to SEIC which will start up and operate for its first year with no faults. Formulated the Commissioning and Start Up Procedures for Rabi Phase 3 and Toucan Projects. Prepared the Process Operating Guides for the normal operations of the plants after Start Up. Generated the commissioning plan with sequence of events and manpower requirements. Carried out Tri-Party punch listing to confirm completion of plant and systems. Supervised the local operators in carrying out the leak testing and instrument testing. Commissioned the new Gas Injection, Produced Water Re-Injection and Produced Oil Pipelines. Witnessed the Loop Testing of all of the new Systems Commissioned and proved the correct operation of the Rabi Phase 3 systems. Preparing Work Packs for Operator Training and line marking PEFs.
