▪ Manage 25-35 requisitions ranging from entry level to executive director level positions in the US and Canada, and throughout many different business units. ▪ Partner with HR Business Partners to provide creative solutions to recruitment challenges and help drive cultural changes. ▪ Lead the Colleague Affinity Network of young professionals aimed to drive corporate cultural change to be inclusive and appealing to millennials and younger generations. ▪ Manage corporate internship program for the Waltham, MA and State College, PA, facilities. This includes reviewing manager requests for interns/co-ops, executing campus recruiting, coordinating and facilitating biweekly intern meetings. ▪ Counsel managers on recruitment best practices, candidate pools, recruitment strategies, and hiring process. ▪ Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to develop a hiring strategy for openings. ▪ Post requisitions, screen resumes, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and overall fit of candidates. ▪ Ensure a fair and equitable recruiting process by remaining compliant and adhering to the OFCCP guidelines. ▪ Conduct biweekly recruiting update meetings for HR Business Partners, to update on recruiting efforts. ▪ Execute quarterly talent acquisition events to promote internal Talent Referral Program and open positions. ▪ Travel to other Olympus locations, including corporate office in Center Valley, PA.
▪ Tactfully address and respond to employee relations matters in the recruitment process which required a delicate and sensitive approach to deescalate issues of offer rescind conversations and managing disgruntled candidates. ▪ Serve in the recruiter capacity, managing the full-cycle recruiting process for new hires. Responsibilities included posting jobs, screening, facilitating and conducting interviews, conducting references, generating and distributing employment agreements, negotiating pay, and managing the on-boarding process. ▪ Conduct Recruitment Strategy Meetings with managers and provide consultative support on recruiting practices. ▪ Generate detailed recruitment and retention reports for leadership, including turnover reports, open position reports for staff, faculty and temporary employees; manage candidate experience and maintain applicant tracking system. ▪ Serve in the role of Human Resources Coordinator providing coverage and assistance with reception; responding to employee inquiries in a timely fashion, welcoming and assisting visitors and maintaining central databases.
