About

I take a personal approach with each client. As a small firm, we deliver cost effective representation to our clients. I help them understand the risks and complexities of the legal process and the strengths and weaknesses of each of their cases to help them make well informed decisions. My recommendations are based on 28 years of courtroom experience and thorough research of each issue.

I was nominated to Utah's Legal Elite for the first time. I filed and argued three appeals, one in the Utah Court of Appeals and two in the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. I had one jury trial in Los Angeles which was a verdict in favor of my client for Temporomandibular Joint Disorder ("TMJ") caused in an auto accident. I also had several divorce and other litigation bench trials.
