I worked in the marketplace (merchant) business. My team of four product managers and over 20 engineers focused on initiatives related to diversifying product supply, content moderation, and global product compliance.
I led the product management and design teams for Kooltra. The company is funded by Salesforce Ventures, Round 13 Capital, Hyde Park Venture Partners, and Real Ventures. Strategic Contributions: - Led scoping for all new projects from a product and design perspective - Managed the product roadmap for our money-service business product suite - Collaborated with our founder and senior management team to develop product strategy - Owned the UI/UX design for the company Tactical Contributions: - Product managed two scrum teams that built out our compliance product suite; core features included customizable onboarding workflow, integrated KYC/AML screening, identity verification, and transaction monitoring. - Led user interviews and discovery with customers - Generated wireframe, high-fidelity mock-ups, and prototypes for three scrum teams - Collaborated with our sales team to run "deep-dive" product demos with prospective clients
- Worked on private side capital markets transactions with set of ~20 clients in commodities, diversified, financial, retail, and TMT sectors - Derivatives products experience: interest rate swaps, interest rate options, cross-currency swaps, FX options, equity swaps, equity options, emerging markets cross-currency swaps / FX forwards, bond repo/reverse repo - Structuring experience: equity margin loans, enhanced share buybacks (accelerated share repurchases), cross-border lending structures, other alternative financing structures
