I am a professional and dedicated individual, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I am naturally able to develop a good rapport with people, promoting a positive environment in which to work. I’ve been at BT/EE for 8 years, mostly within Talent Acquisition, partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and deliver effective full cycle volume recruitment. I've also had the opportunity to lead and support various talent projects within the organization. This led me to gain valuable experience in a Project Management role for EE Consumer, delivering propositions for the launch of New EE. Previously, I worked as a Primary School Teacher, developing my communication and leadership skills, along with empathy and the ability to disseminate difficult messages across wide audiences. I am always eager to learn new skills, expand my network, and contribute to the positive impact of EE.
