I have been around for a while and can help with all contractual and compliance aspects of software businesses. I am a volunteer treasurer/trustee of a local (£0.5m turnover) charity. I am not looking for work, I have plenty on, but would always look to support something interesting/different or help someone (start-up , charity etc) who needs an unbiased point of view.
