Responsible for the Design Engineering related activities in 3 Wing Manufacturing Plants in Chester, Bristol, Bremen Germany
Development of Export Control compliance programmes, trainings, directives and methods group wide, major IT solution development in order to ensure business success by operating in a compliant manner and satisfying the Consent Agreement remediations. Preparation and mitigation of the BREXIT related company impacts to ensure business continuity covering functions for example Operations, People, Procurement, Legal, Financing etc etc.
Working at cross divisional level with the Divisional Heads of Quality to develop the strategy, synergies and continuous improvement projects transversally . Deployment of key quality methodology(s) like APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and others within the business.
