Provide Health and Safety consultancy services within Suralco H&S organization to Plant leadership and line Management. Ensure compliance to Alcoa protcols and legal H&S requirements. Provide leadership to Health & Safety department employees (1 Engineer, 1 Technician, 1 EHS Coordinator and 1 EHS Administrator) and dotted line to 8 EHS Coordinators in the field.
Work in the HS division with a focus on Safety Systems, provide coaching to 2 HS Engineers. I report to the HS Manager.
Member of Suralco negotiations team for CLA negotiations, meeting chairman.
Controlling the Performance Management system, coordinating Hiring and Recruiting process, dealing with Organizational issues, Writing Jobdescriptions and performing job evaluatations (HAY).
