One of a team of four responsible for MTV Italy marketing activity. Strategic conception/implementation of annual marketing policy and allocation/management of annual budget. Project Management: initial concept, production, and budgets. Project leader for MTV One Night Official Tour and Italian section of MTV ‘Isle of MTV’ International Tour. Budget split and creativity for on-air/off-air promotional activity (ad campaigns, print campaigns, etc.). Market analysis/research and strategy adaptation to reflect results and meet new demands.
Part of the initial marketing team responsible for the launch of Disney Channel in Italy, commencing with an internship in 1999 and progressing subsequently to be part of the team focused on creative development of the channel, marketing and IT/EU events to promote the channel and brand awareness.
