I have experience working in 3 different countries, ALS Zambia June 2006- March 2023; ALS Botswana April 2023- April 2025 and currently with ALS Arabia Biyaq, Oman from May 2025. More Than 15 years of experience with ALS in Minerals Sample Preparation Laboratory/ Analytical and Management. With ISO17025 IEC Certification. Highly experienced in Team Management/ Leadership and Team player, Attention to details & Critical Thinking. At ALS Kansanshi Zambia, I have managed teams up to 38 staff. My strength is in leading others by example, motivating and leading them to achieve excellence. At ALS Kansanshi Zambia, i managed sample preparation department from receiving mineral samples, met the stipulated TAT and submitted samples to analytical section and shipping to other ALS Global Laboratories while adhering to the ALS QA/QC standards and requirements. From one Laboratory, the ALS in Zambia have managed to establish 3 giant Labs in 3 different industrial and mining towns (Solwezi, Chingola & Ndola). At ALS Ghanzi Botswana 2023, I Managed the site in the absence of the site Manager to ensure that work was successful and completed, the site was effectively managed to ensure that the client met its projected Exploration targets. At ALS Motheo Mine Site Laboratory in Botswana 2024, i was fully engaged to coach, mentor and train the newly employed sample preparation supervisor. I also managed to coordinate prep section and analytical section in dealing with QA/QC client complaints through root cause analysis and investigations and made the client satisfied. And currently i am at ALS Arabia Biyaq in Oman since May 2025. Supervising Mineral sample preparation department. I have managed to win our MDO client's confidence in our Preparation TAT and our general quality management of their samples. Before the close of 2025, a bigger contract in the history has been awarded to ALS Arabia by MDO Mining which has made ALS Arabia Biyaq to establish the analytical Laboratory in Oman in 2026.

Highly Skilled and Experienced in all Sample Preparation Laboratory Processes. • Planning, organizing and coordinating all Sample Preparation Laboratory activities and managing a team of 21 staff, that is, 3 shifts ensuring the operations are successful & excellent. I also Coordinate Sample Prep stock, machinery maintenance and ensure that all staff are equipped to perform their tasks safely. QA/QC for minerals laboratory. • Receiving samples from different clients. • Sorting the samples and ensuring that there are no discrepancies. • Data entry and login of samples in ALS GEMS • Drying samples in walk in ovens. • Crushing of samples using the Terminator Crusher and splitting using the riffle splitters and ensuring they reach 70% passing 2mm sieves. • Milling or pulverizing of samples to 85% passing the 75-micron sieves • Conducting CRU/ PUL QC • Monthly monitoring of Clean Rock and New Equipment. • Prep records and documentation and storage of master pulps and rejects • Shipment of Prepped samples to other Laboratories
