Supporting the Project Quality Manager in the planning and implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities within the project Ensuring the definition and implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) and the identification, preparation and distribution of needed Project Quality Plans and procedures in accordance with the Company Quality Management System (QMS) Ensuring that the correct implementation of the PQMS is checked and monitored through the planning of quality audits Participating in Project Management meetings, to ensure coordination between Quality activities and Project Management activities Ensuring that quality requirements to be incorporated, in the contractual documents, with Vendors and Subcontractors and organizations in charge of works and that the integrity of the Company QMS is maintained when changes are made to the system for the project Enabling the correct implementation of planned quality audits, taking in account all project processes, including the issue of relevant audit reports and conducting external audit to Vendors and Subcontractors QMS Management of nonconformities with appropriate actions, including quality investigation, in order to prevent or eliminate potential future non-conformities and their causes and the management of Cost of Non-Quality process. Management of lessons learned process through the Reflex tool along with the Customer satisfaction process implementation Reporting Project information and data to Company's Quality Manager by means of Corporate methodologies and tools
PQM on the construction of the SeAH Monopile fabrication facility at Teesport, driving 8,700 piles, civil work and steelwork fabrication and erection of a 1,200.000 square meter fabrication facility, two11Kv transformer stations the main office block and several associated ancillary buildings. Monitoring all site QA/QC activities, assessment and review of sub-contractors, Inspection and Test Plans, sub-contractor and fabrication facility assessments and audits, production of supplier requirements. Involved in weld training and certification of Korean welders, load testing of 17 Over Head Cranes from 50 to 300 tonne. Managing 3 inspectors and one Handover and Compliance coordinator, compiling 10 handover files for handover to the Client.
Group responsibility for Quality Assurance for 7 Business Units under the Omexom Umbrella. Leading and directing a team of Quality Assurance Managers and Advisors for each unit. Responsible for the IMS Management systems and ensuring compliance, external auditing, internal auditing. Producing Board reports to the group and communicating information regarding legislative changes, areas of concern and driving the Quality culture. Provide the necessary leadership and strategic planning to review, update and control the company Quality Management System. Responsible and accountable for establishing business wide project management structure and methodology; steering project managers to follow best practice to ensure that projects deliver on time, and to budget. Responsible for ensuring an environment and culture of continuous improvement exists, encouraging continuous improvement within working practices. Provide Quality inductions for new starters. Manage and approve identified non-conformances and collate reports. Liaise with the I&C Manager to review, develop and implement management system processes. Provide document control for corporate documents on Integrated Management System. Appraise vendor Quality management system for pre-qualification. Conduct bi-monthly business and annual management reviews Collate and communicate monthly Quality performance statistics for Omexom and report to Vinci Energies. Provide input and support to the business Quality Objectives. Provide support for tenders to the business units as requested.
