I am a wholly committed and progressive Senior Level Manager who has developed skills from a variety of client facing roles, within multifaceted business areas.     Bytes Document Solutions was purchased by Xeretec Document Solutions in May 2014. I initially joined Bytes as Senior Project Manager. In early 2011 Bytes made a strategic decision to invest significantly in Managed Print Solutions (MPS). Based on the impact that I had already made, I was asked to head this up operationally as the MPS Programme Manager, with responsibility for the development, co-ordination and delivery of the programme as well as continuing as project manager for the larger/more complex projects. Following the acquisition by Xeretec, assisted with the integration of the two businesses, streamlining the MPS Programme offerings and operational processes whilst continuing to project manage the large corporate deployments. Key Achievements: • Development of the Bytes MPS Programme, delivering business growth of 63% in the first 12m. • Project management of large corporate clients, including Atos, Southern Water, Ladbrokes, Virgin Atlantic, Towers Watson and Strutt & Parker. • Established and led the MPS Programme Office, a new function to support the MPS Programme
