This included the creation of a new datacentre, replacement of all IT database and server infrastructure, and the migration and set-up of all telecoms, desktop IT and audio-visual for the agency. • Dozens of suppliers and 50 agency staff replaced all EMA infrastructure, telecoms and platforms over 18 months with no failures.
