The Patents Lead supervises the team of Patents Client Services Associates and acts as the main point of contact between the client and TransPerfect. The Patents Lead works on a daily basis with clients such as law firms, patent attorneys, local agents and IP department in companies. Inside TransPerfect, the Patents Lead helps internal teams in order to deliver the best experience to our clients.
Responsible for the communication between the client, Sales and the project managers teams. Helping Sales team close deals with new clients then handling day-to-day relationship and requests. Working hand in hand with Production to deliver the best service to the client.
