Main Responsibilities o Defining the strategy for the global Group Business Services at the Heubach Group. o Accountable for Order to Cash / Source to Pay / Record to Insight process at Heubach Colorants Group with process expert team (7 FTE) (Budget 6 Mio EUR). o Setup and managing business process outsourced (BPO) provider services out of four regional delivery locations (2024 160 FTE in Mexico / Romania / India and China). o Leading global logistics operations as interim manager. Key Achievements • Carve out of the shared services operations out of the transactional transition agreement in time and in budget towards a BPO provider. • Stabilizing the transitioned operations. • Oversaw SAP clone and implementation (including UAT). • Preparing the 2nd wave of transition to complete the process scope for Colorants and the Heubach legacy on a global scale. • Implementation of various digital tools enhancing the processes. • Lead contractual negotiations with outsourcing providers.
Leading Colorants Global Business Services consisting of Source to Pay, Orders to Cash and Record to Insights end to end processes and logistics operations.
Main Responsibilities o Responsible for Global Business Services (GBS) budget and controlling (60 Mio EUR operational budget and project budget of 45 Mio EUR) as member of management committee. o Leader in the setup of the shared services operations across the locations (China / India and Europe). o Supporting of shared service center transitions (450 FTE in 3 shared service transition program waves). o General data protection regulation (GDPR) responsible for Global Business Services operations. Key Achievements • Built and establish of GBS organization within the company. • GBS responsible for major corporate projects to reorganize the company structure also including the setup of a GBS standalone concept for spin off business units. • Responsible for the SAP authorization concept of GBS.
