I have owned and managed rental properties for 16 years. My interests are in Real Estate and Property Management. I have done rehab work on Estate Sale houses to increase their value for resale, to include private owners and Key Bank Private Bank as well as Wells Fargo Asset Management, and others. Hiring and training a staff of 10 employees to run the daily operations of a 365 unit apartment complex. Responsible for the leasing of units through market rent, Section 8, VA Voucher, or Tax Credit. I consistently kept the property at 95% full occupancy.
The estimating and bidding of general contracting work to include paving and underground utilities. The hiring, training, and scheduling of workers to complete daily, weekly, monthly tasks. The ordering of materials and delivery to work sites. Interaction with local government officials and residents. OSHA certified.
