Steve has over 25 years of financial services experience. Steve is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Steve holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 27 and 99 Financial and Operations Principal licenses. Steve earned a BS degree in accounting from the University of Utah.

Steve Adams is the Firm’s Chief Financial Officer and is a member of the Firm’s Management Committee. He has responsibility for the financial, technology, and systems activities of the Firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Steve has been with the Firm since it was founded in 2005. Prior to joining the Firm he was a Partner at Rorer Asset Management, LLC for 7 years and served as Senior Vice President and Director of Finance. Prior to that Steve was a Senior Manager with the accounting firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he served clients in the financial services industry. Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the AICPA Technology and Tax Divisions.
