As the Director of Mission Support at Exodus 90, I lead a team of customer support specialists who provide excellent service and guidance to our members and partners. Exodus 90 is a Catholic ministry that offers a 90-day spiritual exercise for men who want to grow in faith, freedom, and fraternity. I am passionate about our mission and vision, and I use my skills in team leadership, customer experience, and customer support to empower and inspire others to join us on this journey. I have over 5 years of work experience in various roles and organizations, including working at Epic Systems and Catholic parishes. In these positions, I gained valuable experience in managing complex operations, communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy/Catholic Studies from the University of St. Thomas. I am always eager to learn new things, collaborate with others, and contribute to growth and success.
