• Direct Support of several highly operational Special Warfare units in many locations around the world. • Analyzed and validated QC reports resolve site conditions conflicts and processed Request for more Information (RFI’s). Design Changes and Safety programs. • Directed the Carpentry, Electrical and Plumbing Departments supporting the operations, maintenance and repair of 22 high visibility Vice President and 4 Star level facilities and critical structure, power distribution and mechanical systems infrastructure. • Developed, recommended and administered policies, procedures and processes in support of departmental operations. • Lead a division of 12 shop members in the annual execution of over 1500 hours of emergency services and corrected maintenance work orders, supporting $1.5M in mission critical assets. • Accountable for the oversight and technical direction of 10,000 plus hours of Preventive Maintenance work orders. Focused on efficiency and best practices resulting in a 33 percent improvement of shop productivity and elimination of Maintenance backlogs. • Coordination of shop technical training courses to fully develop all shop members. • Management of short and long–term planning efforts led to a 33% campus wide reduction in Corrective Maintenance, increased assets longevity and improved the quality of life for 1200 plus staff members in 22 different Command Facilities. • Leadership responsibility for $1.5M in annual contract services and repair parts budget for the maintenance shop. • Led multiple Details with the range from 22 -150 personnel on several remote sites across the world in construction planning, building, training, professional development and promotions from 2010-2014.
