Responsible for the resolution of customer critical situations where technical issues are preventing customers from obtaining the expected value of their investment. Assessing the requirements of each unique situation, identifying the issues, gathering the resources, building consensus and executing. Reporting at executive level by making crucial succinct assessments of complex situations and recommending appropriate corrective actions. Managing the execution of corrective action plans through to successful achievement of agreed criteria.
Responsible for ensuring Total Quality in the integrated supply of automobile components to such clients as: Daimler Benz Chrysler FIAT Group Volkswagen Opel
