*AI-driven platform for streamlining B2B SaaS implementations* Founded Fasit to tackle a problem I experienced firsthand after a decade in enterprise SaaS: implementation teams spend too much time on operational overhead and not enough on high-impact customer work. Built and validated an AI-assisted workflow platform designed to automate repetitive tasks, improve visibility, and accelerate time-to-value for customers. Led the product from 0→1, from initial concept through functional prototype and early adopter traction. What I worked on: * Conducted targeted user interviews and market research to validate the problem space across implementation teams * Defined product positioning and key differentiators through competitive analysis * Secured early design partners interested in piloting the product * Built a working prototype using no-code tools (Bubble → Base44), incorporating AI-assisted workflows * Leveraged ChatGPT to accelerate product scoping, user story creation, and feature definition * Designed scalable data structures to support multi-entity workflows and future integrations * Owned product roadmap and prioritization (value vs. effort) using Notion * Designed and iterated on UX in Figma based on continuous user feedback * Developed GTM narrative and investor materials to support early-stage conversations Now focused on bringing these product, AI, and go-to-market learnings into a growth-stage environment where speed, ownership, and customer impact are critical.
Developed customer onboarding flow specifically for non-US headquartered customers, enabling quicker implementation for international customers by prioritizing KYC verification from the beginning of customer engagement. • Successfully onboarded early-adopters of Rippling’s Global Payroll offering in the UK • Collected and categorized product feedback and delivered findings to Product Managers to help direct the product roadmap for Global Payroll Partnered with Compliance team to understand regulatory requirements for processing payroll and moving funds in the UK and EU • Consolidated this information to share with customers as the “self-serve” payroll model is much less common compared to the USA market for payroll products. Designated as Implementation SME for KYC/Anti Money Laundering guidelines in the UK. I ensured that all customers managed by my 8 person team completed the verification process in a timely manner, ultimately cutting the verification turnaround time from weeks to days
Developed internal tooling to improve the implementation processes • Product Managed internal self-serve tooling for mapping raw HR data to Pave schema • Developed Pave’s HRIS data migration process and reduced potential down-time by weeks for Live customers who switched their HRIS system, reduced engineering dependency by 100% for HRIS system migrations Go-To-Market and Product Operations for Pave’s Core Experience • Enabled and trained Customer Success teams on new features and prepared them for feature launch • Collaborated with Marketing to create customer messaging for new feature functionality • Aggregated and analyzed product feedback using Airtable. Created feedback loops and review cadence with Product Management. Worked with some of Pave’s earliest customers to implement compensation management tools, providing a way for HR Organizations and Planning Managers to effectively plan and communicate employee compensation • Configured Pave’s products to be tailored to each customer and consulted the customer on best practices for compensation management philosophy • Developed robust UAT and QA processes to ensure successful launches across organizations • Created Go-Live plans and trained customer stakeholders on all of Pave’s products
As one of the first full time employees dedicated to the Talent Hub product, I was responsible for creation and development of the implementation process as well as a core member of a tiger team responsible for product feature development. Product Development • Developed product roadmap with Product and Engineering through working with early access customers to collect, collate, and prioritize feedback. Scaled feedback loops as the Talent Hub team and customer base grew. Ultimately used Aha! as a scaled feedback tool to gather feedback for use by Product and Product Operations • Served as the Product Manger the creation of data migration tools for importing legacy data into Talent Hub. Researched data migration practices, defined requirements, prioritized features, tested, and rolled out internal tools that the Talent Hub implementation team to use daily. • At scale, data migration tooling was used to migrate 25+ customers every quarter • In it mature form, these tools reduced engineering dependency for data migration by >90%, from complete reliance to self serve by the implementation team in nearly all cases Process Development • Designed Talent Hub Implementation process end-to-end. This included partnering with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Support in order to ensure clear swim lanes for each team and to ultimately deliver a cohesive customer experience. • Scaled implementation operations by moving from a heavy touch to a scaled approach; trained and managed contractors to serve SMB segment customers • Successfully implemented the Talent Hub platform for customers, starting with the first deals closed • Elected to Presidents Club 2020 for significant impact as a non-quota carrying sales cross-functional partner • Chaired LinkedIn Solutions West Culture Council - budgeted and organized team events for 15+ person organization
