As the Vice President of Human Resources at TDS®, I lead the talent strategy, total rewards and leadership development initiatives that support the company's business goals and values. I have over 10 years of experience in various HR and IT leadership roles at TDS®, a leading provider of telecommunications services and solutions. My mission is to drive culture change, engagement, and organizational improvement by leveraging technology, processes, and human capital. I have successfully implemented several HR transformation projects, such as the evaluation of a new HRIS platforms, the redesign of the performance management system, and the launch of a diversity and inclusion program. I also partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization to align HR policies and practices with the company's vision and strategy.
