Day to day management and maintenance of Salesforce and HubSpot. Projects include: Review and update sales quoting and automated pricing with Salesforce CPQ; Improve opportunity qualification process with 5Q and qualification questionnaire; Align sales process with MEDDPICC framework; Align Salesforce and HubSpot; Analytics of pipeline and forecasting.
Promote marketing effectiveness with analytics, guidance and processes supported by marketing automation, data management and reporting from first interaction to sales closure.
