My career began in my 20s as a young clergyman. Through the years I had the opportunity to develop a number of skills and to discover my giftedness and passion for counseling, supervision, and teaching. I am comfortable whether providing direct service with individuals in a one-on-one setting, guiding a team, or addressing a large crowd. My goal is simple: I want to help others. As a counselor, supervisor, college instructor, pastor, principal, or university department administrator I have been able to offer empathy, good counsel, and encouragement on a number of levels. I believe that by helping people believe in their potential, they are better able to grow.
