• "Engagement Manager": Key link between European organization such as Sourcing, Merchandising, Communication, importers and Auditing teams in sourcing markets . • Ensure SSC guidelines, audit program, procedures and results are clearly implemented, communicated and understood by all relevant internal stakeholders. • When supply chain issues arise, resolve and escalate issues within the supply chain through engagement with the SSC Operations teams in the various Sourcing hubs and the vendors. • Help with the development of a global SSC strategy (risk segmentation approach) and delivery of an industry leading factory Social and Environmental program. • Key responsibilities include audit findings review and assessment, engagement with Sourcing and Buying on suppliers SSC performance and liaising with various stakeholders on SSC challenges and media enquiries. • Determine and manage social and environmental audit scope and requirements. • risk assessment framework • Conduct risk assessment based on audit results and help define capacity building needs. • Manage third party audit firm relationship, including audit capacity planning. • Interface with licensors such as Disney. • Business Intelligence: Reporting & analysis on trends in our supply chain, non-compliances, management reports, statistics, data system/application enhancement • Interact with external stakeholders on technical matters and industry trends (SLCP).
