I deliver detailed training on a complex CRM system for use within the Fintech industry. Regularly adapting the training model as I am the first touch point the user has with the system. On site consultancy days with Business heads to refine their system and deliver training to their staff. Developing and adapting training guides and processes. Creating innovative training methods through the use of video development software posting these directly to the market on YouTube and commonly used by the Commercial team during demonstrations.
Having initially began as Technical Claims Handler I was promoted into the role of training the use of the in house built Synergy claims management system. This role allowed me to gain valuable training experience to the operations team, and on-boarding new starters. I also trained users of the system at the Insurance Companies that worked with Claim Consortium Group.
