      Drilling Superintendent responsible for permanent P&A of 10 Heimdal wells, responsible for the operational execution, compliance with governing rules and regulations, total risk analysis, as well as delivering according to approved time and cost budgets. The work was performed using a small footprint modular drilling rig mobilized for the project. During execution the Scope of Work was increased to include cutting and pulling of csg/conductors from below seabed. The operation involved successful pulling, sectioning and backload of 13 3/8'' csg x 20'' csg x 30'' conductor including cemented annuli. The Project was concluded by drilling a horisontal well through the gas reservoir before demobilising the modular drilling rig well ahead of the planned P&A completion date.
