About

Companies often need successful leaders to bridge the gap between people and finance. I am an impactful, results-driven finance and operations executive who creates investor and customer value by leveraging my strong financial acumen alongside holistic business strategies to drive operational excellence and facilitate growth through both organic and inorganic means. I manage relationships with internal and external partners while mitigating financial risk, maximizing enterprise value and implementing ongoing process improvements across business functions. I advise both investment committees and executive boards as well as founder-owners who manage tactical company integrations, building trust that drives efficiency and profitability. Below is a selection of the top accomplishments from my career: ● Facilitating significant growth for KnowFully Learning Group, reaching $80M in topline revenue in 2023, by creating, operationalizing, and leading the Office of Corporate Development to pursue add-on acquisitions and expand the company scope into new industries. ● Preparing Surgent Professional Education for ongoing growth and business diversification by enabling a shift from an 80% in-person live training model to an 85% subscription-based virtual training platform. I created financial management and tracking systems that supported consistent measurement, analysis, and reporting on critical operating metrics, providing infrastructure and results that positioned the platform for sale. ● Serving as the key leader of the sell-side due diligence process and one of two company leaders facilitating a sale of the Surgent platform to the new PE firm in 2019. Preparing a confidential information memorandum (CIM), data room, and other content to inform management presentations for potential buyers nationwide. I am excited to expand my professional network and see what the future may hold. If you would like to connect, please contact me at [email protected].
