Responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of four key in-house custom products: Residential CRM, C&I CRM, Web, and Data & Advanced Analytics. My role involves setting and enacting a clear product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maximizing value for both IGS and our customers.
Responsible for managing the Advanced Analytics, EDI, RPA, and Business Intelligence teams. This includes developing strategies to improve analytics\decision making, setting the roadmap\vision for the data organization, and overseeing data architecture and governance across the company.
Responsible for managing the Software Engineers and Quality Engineers for the company. This includes ownership and implementation of the Enterprise Architecture, standards, and technology roadmaps.
Project Manager/”Technical Guru” helping clients develop new information systems/data warehouses, replace aging legacy systems and enhance existing systems. Systems Architect / Director of the IT group responsible for all aspects of the software required to interface with third-party Pharmacy Information Management Systems, supply order information to custom-built medication dispensers and manage all aspects of inventory (i.e. packaging, approvals, expirations, transfers, etc.).
