Lead Surveyor Bank of America Merrill Lynch (4,500m2) – – Project surveyor providing full pre- and post-contract cost management services including procurement advice, international benchmarking of costs, advice on building economics and local market conditions, detailed cost estimates, tender management, analysis, contractor interviews, post-tender negotiations, and recommendations to the client. Established and managed the change control system and prepared monthly cost and cash flow reports up to and including agreement of the final account. Metro Cash and Carry – Leading the Procurement team for the roll out of 14 Metro cash and carry supermarkets across Russia and Kazakhstan, responsibilities included coordination of the design, prequalification of suitable contractors throughout Russia and Kazakhstan, preparation of work packages to be tendered.
