Joined Spliiers foods in Nov 1971as a buyer for food commodities in 1978 I became Manager of the Purchasing function. In 1985 I was appointed to Operations Controllers for both Purchasing and Planning. I was also appointed as Director to a subsidary company board in 1993. Spiller was taken over by Nestlé in 1998 and in February 2001, I joined the Nestlé GLOBE project to support the implementation of SAP and new business processes. I managed the Purchasing Team from 2004 to 2007 and was appointed to Business Excellence Manager from June 2007 to present date.
