My role as Supply Chain Director is to provide leadership and strategy to drive business performance as well as strong supply chain activities. Main missions: • Lead all aspects of supply chain activities (logistics, transport, stock, projects) • Drive supply chain initiatives that enable speed, flexibility, and agility to deliver profitable top-line growth and gross margin percentage improvement. • Provide leadership direction and coaching to develop a high performance team. • Ensure operational supply chain excellence and compliance with actual global customs trade regulations. • Contributing to sales and customer satisfaction by ensuring reliable delivery of our orders. • Lead transformation projects in collaboration with the IT products team to enhance supply chain capabilities and customers experience. • Identify and Implement solutions to reduce the environmental impact. Logistics and transport: ✓ Optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. ✓ Define the transport strategy worldwide and services with agility (integration of new carriers). ✓ Negotiate the best rates. ✓ Ensure customs regulations and procedures. ✓ Assess the logistic network to enhance our performance and reduce our cost. ✓ Collaboration with LVMH group to leverage on the best practises. Inventory Management: ✓ Develop and implement inventory control strategies to maintain optimal levels of products ✓ Provide visibility on our stock in collaboration with the purchasing team. ✓ Define new type of packaging to reduce the freight costs and environmental impact. 24S is the LVMH e-commerce platform that delivers more than 300 luxury brands to 120 countries.
• Manage the implementation project of a fully automated warehouse. ✓ Manage the 3PL tender, define the processes and negotiate the OPEX. ✓ Coordinate the various departments that interact with the project (logistics, supply chain, transport, finance, legal, IT, purchasing). • Lead the transformation program by grouping logistics platforms to optimize the distribution in France. ✓ Target 48-hours lead time reduction.
• Project manage the implementation of a new warehouse for LVMH cosmetics Japan (contract definition, budget management, lean process design, KPI definition) • Manage the 3PL performance towards defined KPIs to become best-in-class. • Implement a new WMS (Warehouse Management System) to improve the operation’s efficiency. • Drive the strategic vision of the logistic warehouse for the coming 5 years with the required space extension. • Develop a BI tool to monitor the e-commerce activity for Dior to support the strong growth. • Implement personalization services on e-commerce activities (engraving, gift message, ... ) • Designed and implemented a new e-commerce area to enhance the customer’s experience and triple the production capacity. • Produced a complete warehouse diagnostic covering safety, quality, service and efficiency aspects with action plan and associated savings.
